Take you back in their 'Time Machine'!!!

Today, Beatenberg share a second song from their upcoming EP and along with more tour dates. 'Time Machine' follows June’s single “The Lighthouse of Alexandria”, the trio's first bit of music in four years. Beatenberg are one of the most celebrated bands to emerge from South Africa over the past decade and are made up of Matthew Field (Vocals / Guitar), Robin Brink (Drums), and Ross Dorkin (Bass). Field and Dorkin are now based in London and Brink, Berlin, so play the majority of their shows in the UK and Germany. Both singles are from their upcoming EP which is due on the 10th of November via UK label Leafy Outlook (who also release M Field’s solo records).

Beatenberg have long been stalwarts of the South African music scene for their canny ability to channel different styles and rhythms into sublimely crafted, genre defying Pop music. An early single “Pluto (Remember You)” set the country’s national airplay record, spending seventeen weeks on radio charts, and went on to win four prizes at the South African - Music Awards in 2015. It was more than just a one hit wonder. Beatenberg’s debut album 'The Hanging gardens of Beatenberg' also won "Album of the Year" that year, and the band took home the "Group of the Year" prize.
