Omar Lye-Fook MBE has been announced as the main support to Angie Stone at her London, Koko UK show on Sunday the 19th of March, this really is a shwo you will not want to miss. Fresh from his short apperance in the BBC TV show Eastenders as Avery Baker (Before they killed him off!!! which was a shame), and releasing countless great albums, this will be a great chance for you to catch him live in the flesh. Omar Christopher Lye-Fook is professionally known as Omar, and is a English Singer / Songwriter / Actor who grew up in Canterbury, Kent. He learned his craft classically, playing the trumpet, piano and percussion, spending two years at Chetham's - School of Music in Manchester and the Guildhall - School of Music in London. His most well known for his debut single 'There's nothing like This' which reached No.14 in the UK singles chart on it's re-release in 1991. But has had seven charting UK singles as well as nine studio albums, if you have not heard them... then we advise you take a listen to them (they are really good).
