Pink Cigar - Want to get you out of here!!!

Pink Cigar release their debut album 'We're gonna get you out of Here' on the 4th of November! 

Pink Cigar are the most exciting young band to emerge from the current crop of UK Rock 'n' Roll talent. Hailing from the infamous streets of Ladbroke Grove in the west side of London, the Blues, Glam, Punk and Rock 'n' Roll quartet have spent the last couple of years honing their musical chops and earning their dues playing live, thundering through the capital’s Rock scene and breaking down the walls of every venue they grace, bringing an intensity and energy that just can’t be bought and needs to be experienced. 

Having earned a reputation for the fiercest live show in the capital, word started spreading around the UK when Pink Cigar toured with the reformed Eighties matchbox b-Line Disaster prior to releasing a debut self-titled EP in 2012. A road blocked showcase for it at Camden hotspot the Hawley Arms saw them take the venue by storm and garner a clutch of rave reviews.

A single entitled ‘Blues to Bed’ followed later in the year, replete with a mayhem causing video shot in their own backyard of Portobello Road before the band holed up in the studio to record their debut album. The opening salvo from this highly anticipated release was the louche Rock groove of ‘Lady Killer’, released as a single in the summer of 2013.

The album entitled ‘We’re gonna get you out of Here’ is released on the Sawn Off label on the 4th of November.
