Slayer - Will hit Europe on their final World tour, The End is Near...

One final taste of Slayer!

After twelve studio albums during their career, which including the classic Thrash Metal records 'Reign in Blood' (1986), 'South of Heaven' (1988), 'Seasons in the Abyss' (1990), 'Divine Intervention' (1994), 'World painted Blood' (2009). After 2009 the band stayed quiet, until their latest release 'Repentless' dropped in 2015. Their final piece of work in six years included the singles 'When stillness Comes, Implode' and the title track 'Repentless'.

Sadly recently Slayer announced that their next tour, would be their final tour. And like the Thrash giants they are, they thought they would do it in style... with brining Lamb of God / Anthrax and Obituary along with them for the ride. You would think a band that has been going for so many years, like Slayer would have had more changes to their line-up than they did.

With Tom Araya (Vocals / Bass) and Kerry King (Guitar) staying strong from start to finish, and the third founder member Jeff Hannerman (Guitar) only not being part of the band... because of is tragic death in 2013. The band have had three drummers over the years original member Dave Lombardo (Testament / Fantomas / Grip Inc / Suicidal Tendancies), Jon Dette (Testament / Anthrax / Iced Earth)and current drummer Paul Bostaph (Testament / Exodus / Forbidden), other than that they had a couple of touring members and of course current guitar player Gary Holt (Exodus / Hypocrisy / Destruction).
