Warbringer bring the violence to London

Warbringer ***** It's Friday night at the Underworld in Camden, London, and tonight we have a great Thrash Metal double bill to look forward to. First up we have Warbringer who can safely shake off the 'Rising Stars' tag as they have five albums and a decade under their belts.

Since it's only been two months since they last played London, and tonight they are playing their new album 'Woe to the Vanquished' in full. A ballsy move especially during a support slot, but Warbringer are not a band that will ever backdown... they do everything full force at one hundred miles an hour. Playing albums in full divides opinion especially the latest one but regardless of opinion the crowd tonight lap it up. 

A circle pit breaks out during 'Remain Violent' and remains crazy throughout the set. It has to be said they pull it off and it is testament to how great an album 'Woe to the Vanquished' is. The band even return to the stage and give another three tracks,

The band whip the crowd into one final frenzy with 'Living Weapon' and 'Combat Shock' before leaving everyone well and truly warmed up. Warbringer are set to sit among the top positions of the Thrash elite when all the old guard start stepping down.
