Crazytown - Release a new album and single

Having played a number of festival shows and selected club dates in both Europe including UK and North America during the early summer of 2014, Crazytown subsequently entered the studio to finish some material they had been working on. However, these sessions very quickly developed into new song ideas with Bret Mazur (Aka Epic) stating that 

“we went back to our genesis which was alternative hip hop and beat driven music. Seth Binzer (Aka Shifty) and me in the studio just having fun and doing what we do.” - Bret Mazur (Aka Epic)

 

The result of these sessions is 'The Brimstone Sluggers', a brand new album that stylistically sounds like a logical follow up to their 1999 debut album 'The Gift of Game' which featured the Worldwide smash hit single 'Butterfly'. Although the album itself will not be available until the spring of 2015, a single entitled 'Megatron' will be released on 26th January.

A song about second chances and grabbing hold of your life before it passes you by, an audio clip premiered on Billboard yesterday 18th of December. Crazytown is planning to tour Europe and North America to coincide with the release of 'The Brimstone Sluggers'.
