Lucas Leon *** made his way into the top nine of American Idol season twenty-four in 2026. The nineteen-year-old singer from Gallatin, just outside of Nashville, has built a style that blends Country and Blues influences. He has also performed with one of Country's top singer/songwriters, Brad Paisley, holding his own ground and showing that he is an artist that should be kept an eye on in the future.

His songwriting is way above his years, and he really knows how to write a song that will be as good as it is now in twenty years time.  Taking the stage at the CMA kickoff event, Lucas opened with his newly released single, 'The Crazy Kind'. before closing his set with 'Fall in Love Someday', the original song that first introduced America to his talent during his American Idol audition.

When asked about the highlight of his American Idol journey, Lucas didn’t hesitate, saying that simply getting the chance to meet the Idol team was one of the most memorable moments of the experience. What were your best Lucas Leon moments? Let us know, and we will post about them.
