The Silver Seas - Are nice but just pass the time!

Good music just not very memorable!

The Silver Seas **1/2 (Songbird Stage) are a little bland today but they do have a good stage presence, even if it is a little boring. The band mix up Blues with Indie and Folk and have released quite a few albums in the last couple of years including new one ‘Alaska’ . I think this band work better on CD and maybe if I knew a few more songs I would have enjoyed more.

Their are a lot of people that have been really looking forward to this band, so they must have some appeal. That I have just not discovered yet and maybe will pick up in time. You can listen to their single 'I'm the One' and make up your own mind on the band. To me they sound like music I would listen to late at night or on the way home from a gig, but even then maybe they would just send me to sleep.
