Warpaint release their self-titled record through Rough Trade!

Warpaint will release their self titled album through Rough Trade on CD and Vinyl A far more understated and subtle affair than their 2010 debut, LA based BBC sound of 2011 nominees Warpaint have moved into minimalist new age territories with their sophomore effort. Plus recent appearances on BBC 6 Music and the Calvin Klein Christmas advert are sure to have introduced this ethereal new direction to the masses. This is one of the bands that you won't be able to ignore in 2014 because you will hear their songs everywhere.

'Warpaint' is album that might take a little time to fully grasp, but once you get there, it's certainly worth the journey. We are also stocking a double coloured etched vinyl exclusive to independant record shops! The band Emily Kokal (Vocals / Guitar), Jenny Lee Lindberg (Bass / Vocals), Theresa Wayman (Guitar / Vocals) and Stella Mozgawa (Drums) recorded and mixed Warpaint with 'Flood' minus two songs mixed by Radiohead producer and Atoms for Peace member Nigel Godrich. Their self-titled album follows their 2010 debut 'The Fool' which was a big hit.
