Ward Thomas do a large UK Tour!

Country / Americana duo Ward Thomas, comprised of nineteen year old twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas, have announced a new video for the title track of their forthcoming debut 'Footnotes' EP as well as a string of UK tour dates. With Country music very much in their blood, having been introduced to the music of Carrie Underwood, Johnny Cash, Dixie Chicks and Alison Krauss at an early age, Footnotes is set for release on April 7th.

“We shot this music video in the deep Hampshire countryside where we grew up. We wanted our first video to reflect our lives, who we are and where we come from. 'Footnotes' the song is about how we are all so different and yet we still have so much in common. No matter where you grow up or where you live, we’re all just trying to figure out how to live our lives well. Sometimes we need to stop, step back and take that “bird’s eye view” and realize even the small everyday decisions we make become footnotes in our bigger life story”. - Catherine Ward Thomas (Ward Thomas)

The 'Footnotes' EP features a guest appearances from Grammy Award winner Michael Omartian on the track 'Take that Train' as well as a cover of Dougie MacLean’s classic 'Caledonia'.
